James "Fuzz" Edwards

Mr. James W. "Fuzz" Edwards, 71, of Hazel, Kentucky died on Monday, March 17, 2014 at Woodland Village Nursing Home in Diamond Head, Mississippi.
Born February 24, 1943, in Calloway Co., Ky., to the late James Ralph and Goldie Scruggs Edwards. Mr. Edwards was a Farmer, attended the South Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church, and the Tri-M Sunday school class. He also served in the Army National Guard.
Survivors include his wife, Jean Burton Edwards of Hazel, Ky., they married February 17, 1966 in Murray, Ky., daughter, Cindy Farmer and husband Howard of Diamond Head, Ms., son, Micah Edwards and wife Tracy of Hazel, Ky., sister, Marlene Beach of Murray, Ky., three grandchildren, Courtney and Savannah Farmer both of Diamond Head, Ms., and Justin Pitman of Murray, Ky.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 21, 2014 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home, Rev. Eugene Nichols will officiate, and burial will follow in the South Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 20, 2014 from 5-8 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
