Jana Ward

Mrs. Jana Ward, age 37, of Hazel, Kentucky, died Saturday, January 02, 2016 at her home.
Mrs. Ward was born August 3, 1978 in Murray, Kentucky. She was an employee of the Murray Calloway County Hospital as a sonographer and a member of the New Concord Church of Christ.

Survivors include her husband, Eddie Ward of Hazel, Kentucky, they married January 3, 1999 in Murray, Kentucky; one daughter, Lyla Ward of Hazel, Kentucky; two sons, Isaac and Titus Ward both of Hazel, Kentucky; parents, Danny and Gail (Barrow) Herndon of Hazel, Kentucky; paternal grandmother, Jackie Herndon of Hazel, Kentucky; two brothers, Jay Paul Herndon and wife Aymee of Murray, Kentucky and Josh Herndon and wife Kacie of Murray, Kentucky; nephew, Conner Herndon of Murray, Kentucky; two nieces, Kenlea and Emerson Herndon both of Murray, Kentucky; father-in-law and mother- in-law, Bobby and Faye Ward of Hazel, Kentucky.

Jana was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Anton Herndon; and maternal grandparents, Gene and Juanita Barrow.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 7, 2016 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Blake Jenkins officiating. Burial will follow in the South Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5-9 p.m., Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
