Jason Adam Smith

Mr. Jason Adam Smith, age 35, of Murray, Kentucky died on Saturday, April 3, 2021, at the Murray Calloway County Hospital.

Mr. Smith was born on June 25, 1985, in Murray, Kentucky. He was a member of the South Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by father, Michael Smith; great grandparents, Bowden and Ruth Ford; as well as one cousin, Derek Glisson.

Survivors include his mother, Phyllis Smith; maternal grandmother, Yolonda Glisson; two sisters, Jenny Jackson and husband Darren and Lee Ann Dillon; two nieces, Halyn and Berklee Jackson; as well as two uncles, Charles Glisson and wife Angie and Bill Glisson and wife Jeanna all of Murray, Kentucky.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, April 10, 2021, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Rev. David Allbritten officiating. Burial will follow in the South Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, April 10, 2021, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
