J.C. Schroader

Mr. J.C. Schroader, 84, of Dexter, Ky., died Saturday, May 01, 2010, at 3:30 a.m. at his home after an extended illness.
He was a member of the Independence United Methodist Church, Was a Army Veteran of WWII, and was also a member of the Temple Hill Masonic Lodge F&AM 276. He was born April 9, 1926 in Calloway Co., Ky.
He is survived by his wife, Reba Dell Hopkins Schroader of Dexter, Ky., they married March 6, 1948 in Paducah, Ky., daughter, Joann Schroader of Almo, Ky., son, Ronnie J. Schroader (Elaine) of Dexter, Ky. sister, Dorothy Kirks of Murray, Ky., two grandchildren, Jeffery Dale Schroader and EricSchroader both of Dexter, Ky., three great grandchildren, Rikki Nichole, Jake, and Dillion Schroader, three step great grandchildren, Mindy Cone, and Bryan and Brittany Fulton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Vieler Mitts Schroader.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home, Rev. Howard Welch and Rev. Kendrick Lewis will officiate, and burial will be in the Murray Memorial gardens. Visitation will be held Monday, May 3, 2010 from 5-9 p.m. at the Funeral Home, and Masonic Rites will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home on Monday.
