Jerry Gunner Nance

Mr. Jerry "Gunner" Nance age 69, of Murray, Kentucky, died Wednesday, December 03, 2014 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky.
He was born in Bell City, Kentucky on March 15, 1945 to the late James Crawford and Myrtle Mae (Hale) Nance. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by one sister, Marge West and two brothers, James Nance and Bob Nance.
He was self-employed as auto dealer and detailer; he was a member of Grace Baptist Church.
He is survived by two daughters, Shawna Watson and husband Ray of Magnolia, Texas and Shelle Nance of Murray, Kentucky; two sons, Shane Nance of Lexington, Kentucky and Lucas Nance and wife Ashley of Murray, Kentucky; two brothers, Shirley Nance and wife Ann of Murray, Kentucky and Gerald Nance and wife Pat of Mayfield, Kentucky; nine grandchildren, Emma Nance, Nicholas Nance, Lola Nance, Amelia Nance, Coltyn Watson, Kaiya Nance, Trey Nance, Kali Nance and Emersyn Nance.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 8, 2014 at the Grace Baptist Church. Bro. Jim Simmons and Lucas Nance will officiate with burial to follow in the Story's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Sunday, December 7, 2014 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
