Jerry Don Walker

          Mr. Jerry Don Walker, age 67, of Murray, Kentucky, died on Sunday, October 8, 2023, at The Farms at Puryear in Puryear, Tennessee.

          Mr. Walker was born in Murray, Kentucky, on November 16, 1955, to the late J.C. and Thelma (Dilday) Walker.  Mr. Walker retired from Kentucky Farm Bureau, was a member of the West Tennessee E Z Riders Car Club, and a member of the Northside Baptist Church.

          In addition to his parents, Mr. Walker was preceded in death by his daughter, Mandy Walker; and by one nephew, Chris Nanney.

          Mr. Walker is survived by his wife, Pamela Walker of Murray, Kentucky, to whom he married on September 10, 2005, in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee; one sister, Linda Kaye (Walker) Nanney and  husband Bobby Joe of Murray, Kentucky; two brothers, Mike Walker and wife Christi and Terry Walker and wife Christy all of Murray, Kentucky; nieces, Lisa Rudolph and  husband Tracy, Kaitlin Walker and her fiancé Jared Brosnan, and Amber Houk and husband Roger; as well as one nephew, Jim Nanney and wife Tammy.

          A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral and Cremation Services. Bro. Brett Miles and Bro. Tracy Rudolph will officiate, and entombment will follow in the Murray City Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
