Jimmy Dale Cunningham

Mr. Jimmy Dale Cunningham, age 73, of New Concord, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, September 25, 2023, at the Murray-Calloway County Hospital in Murray, Kentucky.

            Mr. Cunningham was born on March 25, 1950, in Murray, Kentucky to the late Clarence Cunningham and Adelle Perry Cunningham.

            In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Melba Taylor Cunningham; son, James, Coons; sister, Dorothy Faye Cunningham, four brothers, Johnny, Bobby, Eugene, and Weldon Cunningham.

            Mr. Cunningham was a retired truck driver and was an army veteran of The Vietnam War.

            Survivors include one daughter, Becky Fitzgerald and husband Billy of Holton, Michigan; two sons, Leslie Cunningham and wife Nicole of Meridian, Idaho, and Clifton Cunningham and wife Mikki of Clarksville, Tennessee; cousin, Jack Cunningham of Murray, Kentucky; also surviving are 13 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren. 

            A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 3^rd, 2023, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services.  Brother David Cunningham will officiate, and military honors will follow. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. till 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 3^rd, 2023, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
