Jo Weaks

Mrs. Jo Weaks, 86, of Murray, Kentucky died Monday, August 19, 2013 at the Murray Calloway County Hospital.
Mrs. Weaks was born in Ligonier, Indiana on February 28, 1927 to the late Faye B. Leming and Georgia (Ott) Leming. Mrs. Weaks worked at Rudy's Restaurant and worked in the Judge Executives office where she had served as Deputy Judge Executive. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents Mrs. Weaks was preceded in death by her first husband, A.L. Watson; her second husband, George Weaks; one sister, Charleen Laws; one son-in-law, Kenneth Heath; one granddaughter, Angela Watson.
Mrs. Weaks is survived by two daughters, Jane Watson Heath of Michigan City, Indiana and Lynn Watson of Murray; one son, Marty Watson of Wyatt, Indiana; five grandchildren, Jerry Heath and wife Jenny of Michigan City, Indiana, Tom Heath of Michigan City, Indiana, Amanda Watson of Mishawaka, Indiana, Andrea Watson of Fishers, Indiana, and Adam Watson of South Bend, Indiana; as well as four great grandchildren, Libby Heath, Molly Heath and Matthew Heath all of Michigan City, Indiana and Nathan Cholak of South Bend, Indiana.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with John Dale and Eric Kelleher officiating. Entombment will follow in the Murray City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
