Johannes Sean van't Zelfde

Mr. Johannes "Sean" van't Zelfde, III age 22, of Murray, Kentucky, died Monday, April 7, 2013 at his home.

Mr. van't Zelfde was born in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium on February 22, 1991.

Mr. van't Zelfde was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Mr. George Wilke and Mr. Johannes van't Zelfde Sr.

Mr. van't Zelfde is survived by his parents, Johannes M. van't Zelfde, Jr. and Frances Louise Wilke van't Zelfde of Luxemburg; maternal grandmother, Norma Jean Wilke of Murray and paternal grandmother, Wil van't Zelfde of the Netherlands; and by his sister, Jacqueline Marie van't Zelfde of Luxemburg.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, April 13, 2013 in the chapel of the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
