Mrs. Johnie Marie Crass, 84 of Murray, Kentucky died Saturday, February 9, 2013 at Spring Creek Health Care in Murray.
Mrs. Crass was born in Graves County, Kentucky on September 13, 1928 to the late Jesse Augusta Enoch and Ethel James Enoch. Mrs. Crass a retired teacher for the Kentucky School for the Deaf in Danville, Kentucky. She was a member of the Grace Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents Mrs. Crass was preceded in death by her husband, Coy Crass, who died in 1973; step son, Mason Crass; five sisters, Beatrice Harrison, Beulah Bedwell, Alice Paschall, Joyce Smith and Emma Lou Albin; three brothers, Pryor Enoch, James Enoch, and Eugene Enoch; and three grandchildren, Crystal Lynn Underhill, Michael Garner, and Jackie Cooper.
Mrs. Crass is survived by one daughter, Paulette Underhill and husband Danny of Murray; one son, Harold Garner of Murray; one sister, Doris Scarbrough of Murray; six grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and seven great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Rev. Sammy Cunningham officiating. Burial will follow in the Murray City Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until funeral hour (2:00 p.m.) at the funeral home.
