Joy Shaw Donner

Mrs. Joy Shaw Donner, 74, of Murray, KY died Sunday, August 15, 2010 at Culpepper Assisted Living in Paducah.
She was a retired Nutritional Education Consultant for the National Dairy Council in New York, New York. She was a member of the St. Matthew’s by the Lake, she was also a graduate of Murray State University. Mrs. Donner was born Nov. 24, 1935 in Arlington, Ky.
Survivors include a daughter, Lisa Donner Strom (Eric) of Pamona, Ca., son, Edward Shaw Donner of Bowling Green, Ky., sister, Gay Harper of Clinton, Ky.
Mrs. Donner is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Otto Donner, parents, William and Mary Lee Gay Shaw.
A memorial service will be held Friday, August 20, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the St. Matthew’s By the Lake Church in Draffenville, KY with the Rev. Paul Meyer officiating. A reception to follow. No visitation is scheduled.
