Mrs. Dular "Jude" Sanders, age 91, of the New Providence, Kentucky community died, Wednesday, July 09, 2014 at the Murray-Calloway County Hospital.
She was born in Ohio County, Kentucky on September 7, 1922 to the late William and Martha Benford Edmonson. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by two sisters, Lucille Gamble and Georgia Stockdale; five brothers, Robert Edmonson, Hollan Edmonson, Cecil Edmonson, Herbert Edmonson, Herbert Edmonson and William Edmonson.
She is survived by her husband, Henry Sanders of Hazel, Kentucky; two daughters, Burnette Lowe and husband Robert of Murray, Kentucky, Brenda Elkins of Murray, Kentucky; one sister, Eva Nell Phelps of Madisonville, Kentucky. Two grandchildren, Mechelle Garland and husband Roger and Mitzi Elkins; one great grandchild, Jacob Garland; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 pm Friday, July 11, 2014 in the chapel at the Murray Memorial Gardens. John Dale will officiate.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Calloway County Humane Society, 607 Poplar Street, Murray, Kentucky 42071.
