Judy Clayton

Mrs. Judy A. Clayton, age 64 of Murray, Kentucky died at her home on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 after an extended illness.

She was born in Humboldt, Tennessee on June 7, 1950.

Mrs. Clayton is preceded in death by her father, Charles R. Plunkett; one sister, Delores Moore; twin brothers, Floyd Plunkett and Loyd Plunkett.

She is survived by her husband, C.W. Clayton of Murray, Kentucky; mother, Jane Hardin of Dyer, Tennessee; one daughter, Meredith Clayton of Murray, Kentucky; two sons, Mike Clayton of Murray, Kentucky and Cecil Clayton and wife Stephanie of Murray, Kentucky; two brothers, David Plunkett and wife Ngoc of Murray, Kentucky and Tim Plunkett and wife Donna of Milan, Tennessee; six grandchildren, Kristen Clayton, Cecil V. Clayton, Tiffany Harris, Alexus Clayton, Robbie Clayton and Kasi Clayton; two great grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Saturday, January 3, 2015 in the chapel of the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. Bro. Charles Hardy will officiate with burial to follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 8:00 pm on Friday, January 2, 2015 at the funeral home.
