Kenneth Cossey

Mr. Kenneth Cossey, age 70, of Murray, Kentucky died Sunday, November 3, 2019 at the Anna Mae Owen Residential Hospice House.
Mr. Cossey was born on September 12, 1949 in Murray, Kentucky. He was a retired maintenance supervisor with Briggs & Stratton and was of the Pentecostal Faith.
He is preceded in death by his father, John Cossey; one brother, Glenn Cossey; and one great grandchild, Zoey Mae Smith.
Survivors include his wife, Pat Boggess Cossey of Murray, Kentucky; mother, Ernestine Cossey of Murray, Kentucky; two daughters, Jill Lavone Ramsey and husband Eric of Dexter, Kentucky and Shannon Leann Wiedeman and husband Frank of Murray, Kentucky; one son, Ken Cossey Jr. and wife Missy of Kirksey, Kentucky; two brothers, Danny Cossey and wife Cindy of Murray, Kentucky and Johnny Don Cossey and wife Lenna of Murray, Kentucky; 11 grandchildren, Trey Cossey, Megan Cossey, Madison Cossey, Gage Scott, Jacob Ramsey, Cole Ramsey, Kade Wiedeman, Seth Cossey, Abbi Cossey, Whitney Reed, and Taylor Sons; as well as two great-grandchildren, Aubrey Esmond and Abel Wadkins.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Bro. Ralph Lilly and Eric Ramsey officiating. Burial will follow in the Brooks Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
