Larry Eugene Banks

Mr. Larry Eugene Banks, age 59, of Murray, Kentucky, formerly of Cleveland, Tennessee, died on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at the Murray Calloway County Hospital.

Mr. Banks was born May 27, 1955, in Detroit, Michigan, to the late Charles Banks and Mary Evelyn Underwood Newberry. He was a Bindery Operator for Printing services and supply, he was of the Baptist faith, volunteered with the Red Cross teaching swimming, and water safety, to young children. Larry was also a well-known cook.

Survivors include two sisters, Sandra Pritchard of Boise, Idaho, Brenda Faye Sigler of Cleveland, Tennessee, two brothers, Charles Thomas Banks and wife Jeannie of Cleveland, Tennessee, and Gary Dean Banks of Cleveland, Tennessee, also a special friend, Rosann Marcum of Murray, Kentucky.

A celebration of life service will be held from 4:00 – 5:30 Friday, October 17, 2014 at the Old City Park on 8th and Payne Street in Murray, Kentucky
