Mrs. Lavinia G. Parker age 94 of Murray, Ky., formerly of Canal Point, Fla., died Sunday, October 30, 2011 in Murray, Ky.
Mrs. Parker was born Nov. 30, 1916 in Montgomery, Ala. To the late Julian and Edna Johansen Groover. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Canal Point Methodist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Buddy Parker and wife Cindy of Murray, KY, Joe Parker and wife Kathy of Greenville, S.C., also six grandchildren, and fourteen great grandchildren.
Mrs. Parker is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Joe P. Parker, and one son Ricky Parker.
Arrangements are incomplete at this time; J.H. Churchill Funeral Home is in charge.
