Lela Christenbery

Mrs. Lela Christenbery, age 92, of Murray, Kentucky died Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at Spring Creek Health Care in Murray.
She was a member of the Glendale Road Church of Christ and a member of the Young at Heart Group; she was a homemaker.
She was born October 23, 1919 in Huron, Michigan to the late Fred and Lydia Stewart Willard. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband, Wilson Christenbery; one son, Wilson G. Christenbery; one sister, Marian Christenbery; three brothers, Wilbert Willard, Michael Willard, Fred Willard.
She is survived by one daughter, Penny A. DeHann of Murray, Kentucky; one son, Dr. Thomas L. Christenbery of Nashville Tennessee; one daughter-in-law, Carol Christenbery of New Concord, Kentucky; one sister, Willodean Corbishley of Bad Axe, Michigan; five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren also survive.
Graveside services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday, April 27, 2012 in the Murray Memorial Gardens. John Dale will officiate. Visitation will be held from 10:00 am till 12:00 noon Friday, April 27, 2012 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
