Linda Gene Dorning

Mrs. Linda Gene Dorning, age 72, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away Monday, April 29, 2024, at the Murray-Calloway County Hospital in Murray, Kentucky.

          Mrs. Dorning was born on December 29, 1951, in Killeen, Texas to the late Walter Eugene Garrett and Rosa (Lesanovsky) Garrett.

          Survivors include her husband, Richard J. Dorning of Murray, Kentucky; two daughters, Sydne Hudson and husband Andrew of Paris, Tennessee and Erin Stone and wife Kara of Summit, Wisconsin; one son, Beau Dorning and wife Ruth Massman of Denver, Colorado; one sister, Suzie Bolton and husband Randy of West Olive, Michigan; two brothers, Walter “Chuck” Garrett and wife Karin of Murray, Kentucky and Tommy Garrett and wife Julie of Omaha, Nebraska; as well as six grandchildren, Devan Lauzon, Brennan Hudson, Wesley Hudson, Phoebe Hudson, Will Stone, and Otto Stone. 

          There will be no public services or visitation held.
