Linda Jane Lilly

Mrs. Linda Jane Lilly, age 83, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at The Farms of Puryear in Puryear, Tennessee.

Mrs. Lilly was born in Trigg County, Kentucky, to the late Cornie Jones and Mabel (Futrell) Jones on April 19, 1941. Mrs. Lilly retired from Fisher Price / Mattell and was a member of Hope Harbor Church.

In addition to her parents Mrs. Lilly was preceded in death by her husband Prentice Lilly; one son, Gary “Eli” Lilly; three sisters, Ruth Lilly, Rosie Nell Jones, and Dora Mae Choate; grandson, Kori Mohler; as well as two brothers-in-law, Jack Hanberry and Cyril Lilly.

Mrs. Lilly is survived by one daughter, Shelia Lilly Haley and husband Mike of Murray, Kentucky; two sons, Larry Lilly and wife Teesa of Hazel, Kentucky and Ralph Lilly and wife Milisa of Benton, Kentucky; one daughter-in-law, Diane Lilly of Almo, Kentucky; one sister, Betty Hanberry of Cadiz, Kentucky; two brothers, Edmon Jones and wife Ginger and Johnny Jones all of Murray, Kentucky; grandchildren, Mitch Lilly and wife Rebecca, Mason Lilly and wife Alysha, Jason Lilly and wife Christina, Austin Lilly, Chris Lilly and wife Haley, Micah Lilly and wife Haley, Kellie Key, Karson Haley, Kenzie Mohler, Adam Haley, Jason Haley, LeAnn Darnell, Luke Rickman and wife Dolly, Elli Elkins, Natalie Thorn and husband Matt, Brandon Lawrence and wife Lindsey, and Shane Elkins and wife Kory Beth; as well as great grandchildren, Tyler Lilly, Sadie Lilly, Lexie Lilly, Anniston Lilly, Taylor Lilly, Emma Lilly, Addi Lilly, Brooks Lilly, Audrey Haley, Kaden Mohler, Hadley Mohler, Weston Haley, Lillie Key and Cash Mohler.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Her son, Ralph Lilly will officiate, and burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in L.B.L. Visitation will be held prior to the funeral service on Friday, March 7, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
