Linda Faye Wilkerson

Mrs. Linda Faye Wilkerson age 79, of Murray, Kentucky, died Sunday, February 28, 2016 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, Kentucky.

Mrs. Wilkerson was born October 12, 1936 in Lynn Grove, Kentucky to the late Dempsey and Bessie Bazzell Beane. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Gene Wilkerson; also three sisters, and six brothers.

Mrs. Wilkerson was a homemaker, and a member of the Salem Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Vicki Kirks and husband Larry of Lynn Grove, Kentucky, Pam Kirks and husband Eddie of Farmington, Kentucky; son, Ricky Wilkerson and wife Shirley of Lynn Grove; brother, Glenn Beane and wife Barbara of Mayfield, Kentucky; five grandchildren, Russel Hargrove of Lynn Grove, Tammy Tucker and husband Mitch of Murray, Kyle Kirks and wife Tisha of Lynnville, Derek Culpepper and wife Lee Anna of Lynnville, and Bobby Wilkerson and wife Cheyanne of Lynn Grove; also eight great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at 2:00 p.m., at Murray Memorial Gardens, Bro. Roger Joseph will officiate and burial will follow. Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 2, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
