Lisa Floyd

Ms. Lisa M. Floyd, 40 of Puryear, Tennessee died Sunday, April 14, 2013 at the Henry County Medical Center in Paris, Tennessee.

Ms. Floyd was born in Edwardsville, Illinois on April 30, 1972 and she was of Pentecostal faith.

Ms. Floyd is survived by her parents, Larry and Lynda Pace of Hazel, Kentucky; and mother, Diane Judd of Hurts – Bush, Illinois; one daughter, Emily Jane Lence of Herrin, Illinois; two sons, Darren Lence of Herrin, Illinois and Jeremy Martin of Alabama; fiancé , Darrell Broach of Puryear, Tennessee; four sisters, Tonya Pace of Lakeland, Florida, Angela Broadway and husband Brad of Paris, Tennessee, Missy Bullock and husband Ricky of Jacksonville, Florida and Chrissie Parham and husband Matt of McKenzie, Tennessee; three brothers, Dale Broach and wife Andrea of Murray, Kentucky, Lonnie Judd and Aaron Judd both of Illinois; grandmother, Johanna King of New Douglas, Illinois; as well as several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at the funeral home.
