Louis S. Lyons

Mr. Louis "Pinky" Lyons, age 76, of Murray, Kentucky, died Saturday, June 15, 2013 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky.
He was a member of Poplar Spring Baptist Church.
He was born in Henry County, Kentucky on July 9, 1936 to the late Dell and Cora Beverly Coakley Lyons. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by five brothers and one sister.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy Forbes Lyons of Murray, Kentucky; two daughters, Patty Harville and husband Jean' Paul of Springville, Tennessee, Patricia Kirksey and husband Jimmy of Murray, Kentucky; three sons, Louis Steven Lyons Jr. – Cunningham of New Concord, Kentucky, Jimmy Wright of Dawson Springs, Kentucky, John Wright of Dawson Springs, Kentucky; one sister Marie Shekell of Murray, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Nikki Harville, John Kirksey, Megan Harville, and Christy Harville.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 Wednesday, June 19, 2013 in the chapel of the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. Bro Rob Ison and Rev. Elijah Balentine will officiate with burial to follow in the Barnett Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 9:00 Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at the funeral home.
