Mrs. Madalyn Mack, 88, of Murray, Ky., died Friday, September 30, 2011, at Lakeway Nursing Home in Benton, Ky.
Born September 1, 1922 in East Liverpool, Ohio, to the late Dawes and Rose Rawlings.
Mrs. Mack was a retired receptionist with the First National Bank, and worked with the welcome wagon in East Liverpool, Ohio. She was a member of the Glendale Road Church of Christ, and was a former Mrs. East Liverpool.
Survivors include three sons, Carl Dawes Mack and wife Glenda of Gilbertsville, Ky., Keith D. Mack and wife Pam of Huntsville, Al., and Kevin W. Mack and wife Kay of Benton, Ky., also eleven grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Carl J. Mack, and one sister, Phyllis Moore.
Funeral services will be held Monday, October 3, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home, John Dale and Garry Evans will officiate, and entombment will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Sunday, October 2, 2011, from 4:30 – 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
