Mrs. Margaret Cooper, age 63, of Murray, Kentucky, died Monday, April 2, 2018 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky.
She was a Registered Nurse for Lourdes Hospital and Baptist Health Paducah. She was a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
Margaret was born in Murray, Kentucky on January 10, 1955 to the late Alfred Lee and Ruby Hawkins Oakley. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by one brother, James Oakley.
She is survived by her husband, John Cooper of Murray, Kentucky; one daughter, Christina Kirk and husband Gene of Greenwood, Indiana; one sister, Mary Davis and husband Keith of Reidland, Kentucky; one grandchild, Jeffery Jason Kirk.
Graveside services will be held, 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 9, 2018 in the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Tim Palmer will officiate. No public visitation is scheduled
