Marguerite Morgan

Mrs. Marguerite Morgan, 93, of Murray, Kentucky died Monday, August 06, 2012 at Spring Creek Health Care in Murray.
Mrs. Morgan was born in Graves County, Kentucky on May 25, 1919 to the late Barber and Elsie Andrus Boyd. Mrs. Morgan had a career in banking and worked both at the Exchange Bank in Mayfield, Kentucky and then after thirty years retired with the Peoples Bank in Murray, Kentucky. Mrs. Morgan was a member of the University Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents Mrs. Morgan was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Morgan, and one brother, William Martin "Bill" Boyd.
Mrs. Morgan is survived by one daughter, Lucy Morgan Wright of Fontana Dam, North Carolina; four grandchildren, Eddie Rollins and wife Laurie of Murray, Richard Rollins of Murray, Rita Ellis and husband Rick of Rotunda, Florida, and Laura Ann Beasley and husband Bobby of Robbinsville, North Carolina; seven great grandchildren, Amberly Walker and husband Matt of Murray, Morgan Trimble and husband Britt of Murray, Hugh Edward Rollins and wife Mandy of Murray, Kristina Sizemore of Florida, Daniel Langreri of Florida, Cassidy Beasley of North Carolina and Emma Beasley of North Carolina; six great great grandchildren, Caroline Larkins, Audrey Walker, Reese King, Devlin Trimble, Jolie Trimble and Jaycee Rollins ; as well as a sister in law, Jane Boyd of Murray.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Richard Youngblood officiating. Burial to follow in the Highland Park Cemetery in Mayfield, Kentucky. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until funeral hour (11:00 a.m.) on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at the funeral home.
