Martha S. Enix

Mrs. Martha S. Enix, age 93, of Murray, Kentucky died on Thursday, April 13, at the Anna Mae Owen Residential Hospice House.
Mrs. Enix was born June 19, 1923 in Fayette County, Kentucky to the late Hugh Stidham and Ester Burns Stidham. She was a former Co-owner and operator of Enix Interiors. Mrs. Enix had previously worked for Veterans Administration. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Murray, the Ruth Wilson United Methodist Women's Circle, Murray Woman's Club Theta Department. Mrs. Enix was a former volunteer for the Boy Scout museum, was an avid golfer and was a former member of the Murray Country Club, and the Oaks Country Club.
Survivors include her husband, Z C Enix of Murray, Kentucky, they married February 7, 1946 in Lexington, Kentucky; sister in law, Faye McCoy of Pikeville, Kentucky; two brother in law, Jack Enix and wife Polly of New Tazewell, Tennessee, Marvin Enix and wife Mare` of Murray, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 17, 2017 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. John Dale and Rev. Jim Stahler will officiate, and burial will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Monday, April 17, 2017 from 11a.m. till 2p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
