Martha Shoemaker

Mrs. Martha Shoemaker, age 92, of Murray, Kentucky, died Tuesday, August 02, 2011, at 1:55 a.m., at the Spring Creek Health Care in Murray, Ky.
She was a homemaker, and a member of the Glendale Road Church of Christ. Born September 27, 1918 in Murray, Ky.
She is survived by one son Harold Shoemaker (Peggy) of Murray, Ky., five grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
Mrs. Shoemaker was preceded in death by her husband, William Darrell Shoemaker, parents, Jewel B. and Audie Alderson Hurt, daughter, Judy Ann Blassingame, sister, Jean Wilson.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, August 4, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., at the Murray City Cemetery, with John Dale officiating and burial to follow.
