Mary Frances Outland

Mrs. Mary Outland, age 95, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at her home.

Mrs. Outland was born in Calloway County, Kentucky on December 1, 1928, to the late Barness Burkeen and Ola Hopkins Burkeen. Mrs. Outland was retired from Fisher Price and was a member of Glendale Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents Mrs. Outland was preceded in death by her husband, C.W. Outland; one infant son, Barry Outland; three brothers, Barness Ray, Johnny and JB Burkeen; and by one sister, Pauline Crotzer.

Mrs. Outland is survived by a daughter, Jackolyn Spiceland (Don) of Murray; three grandchildren, Tony Bogard (Melissa) of Murray, Sherrie Finley (Frank) of Murray and Daniel Spiceland (Moni) of Murray; six great grandchildren, Logan Bogard and fiancé Rachel Price of Mt Vernon, IN,  Addyson Bogard of Murray, Reid Finley (Abby) of Murray, Cole Finley of Murray, Danica Spiceland of Murray and Dallis Spiceland of Murray; two great-great grandchildren, Everleigh Kay and Oakley Finley of Murray; one brother, Jackie Burkeen (Shirley) of Murray; two sisters, Euple Lee (Bobby Joe) of Almo and Ola Mae James of Nashville, TN.

There will be no public visitation or service. The family will have a private service at a later date.
