Mary Redden

Mrs. Mary Redden, age 85, of Murray, Kentucky, died on Sunday, January 22, 2023, at her home.

Mrs. Redden was born on May 1, 1937, in Marshall County, Kentucky to the late Hallie Johnson and Lola Jones Johnson. She was formerly employed with Fisher-Price/Mattel, Family Fitness, and was a homemaker. In addition, Mrs. Redden was a member of the Bethel Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Pat Redden; son, Ronald Keith Redden; three sisters, Marjorie Hopkins, Velma Baker, and Thelma Burkeen; as well as two brothers, James Johnson and Howard Johnson.

Survivors include her daughter, Patty Pogue and husband Greg of Murray, Kentucky; as well as three grandchildren, Jacob Pogue, Jared Pogue, and Emily Pogue all of Murray, Kentucky.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 27, 2023, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Rev. Robert McKinney officiating. Burial will follow in the Elm Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 27, 2023, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
