Mary Rigsby

Mrs. Mary "Mug" C. Rigsby, age 88, of Murray, Kentucky died Tuesday, February 04, 2014 at the Murray Calloway County Hospital.
Mrs. Rigsby was born in West Monroe, Louisiana on October 28, 1925 to the late William Clyde Curry, Sr. and Laura (Sims) Curry. Mrs. Rigsby was a member of the First Christian Church in Murray. She volunteered at the Murray – Calloway County Hospital and the Playhouse in the Park.
In addition to her parents Mrs. Rigsby was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph V. Rigsby; and by two brothers, Jason Curry and William Clyde (W.C.) Curry, Jr.
Mrs. Rigsby is survived by two daughters, Laurie Rigsby of Paducah, Kentucky and Cindy Rigsby of Murray; two sons, J. Mark Rigsby and wife Judy of Columbus, Ohio and W. Keith Rigsby and wife Robin of Murray; nine grandchildren, Rebecca Edwards, Colin Rigsby, Jared Rigsby, Davy Rigsby, Samantha Rigsby, Berlin Haugen, Mandy Alanda, Addie Rigsby and Lake Rigsby; as well as four great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
The J.H. Churchill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
