Mrs. Mary Frances Thompson, age 75, of Murray, Kentucky, died, Monday, November 5, 2012 at her home.
Mrs. Thompson was born July 28, 1937 in Calloway Co., Ky. to the late Marvin and Elta Lassiter Winchester. She was retired from Peoples First National Bank, and was a member of the Glendale Road Church of Christ.
Survivors include one son, Kevin Lee McManus and wife Kimberly of Murray, Ky., one sister, Virginia Ann Henson of Jackson, Tn., one brother, James Mack Winchester of Gilbertville, Ky., one grandchild, Laurel Doughty and husband Tony of Murray, Ky., three step grandchildren, Alvin Armstrong Jr., Amanda Armstrong, and Stanley Armstrong all of Murray, also four step great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Thompson was preceded in death by Parents, first husband, Hugh Wayne McManus, second husband Loyd "Buck" Thompson, one son Bruce Wayne McManus, two brothers, Tommy and Jackie Winchester.
Funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home, John Dale will officiate and burial will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
