Mary Helen Turner

Ms. Mary Helen Turner, age 78, of Murray, Kentucky died at her home on Thursday, April 27, 2016.

Ms. Turner was born in Murray, Kentucky on July 15, 1938 to the late Hershel Lee Robinson and Mary Helen (Williams) Robinson. Ms. Turner retired from Alcatel-Lucent Corporation in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

In addition to her parents Ms. Turner was preceded in death by two sisters, Nell Olymstead and Francis Gibson; and by five brothers, Billy Robinson, Edwin Robinson, Walter Robinson, Lynn Robinson and Larry Robinson.

Ms. Turner is survived by four sisters, Dortha Hansen and husband Glenn of Hardin, Kentucky, Winona Williams of Murray, Kentucky, Rosetta Gibson and husband Harrell of Florida and Wanda Jones of St. Louis, Missouri; as well as by one brother, James Robinson and wife Anna of Murray, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 1, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Brad Brauser officiating. Burial will follow in the Murray City Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the funeral service on Monday, May 1, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. until funeral hour at the funeral home.
