Maureen McKinney

Mrs. Maureen McKinney, age 78, of Murray, Kentucky, died on Monday, October 5, 2020, at the Murray-Calloway County Hospital in Murray, Kentucky.

Mrs. McKinney was born January 28, 1942, in Gloucester, England. She was a retired bookkeeper and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Fleet Reserve Association in Owensboro, Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glen H. McKinney; as well as one brother, David Wells.

Survivors include step daughter, Tami Porter of Madisonville, Kentucky; two sisters, Diane Harris of England, Linda Wilcox of England; sister in law, Sandra McKinney of Murray, Kentucky; two brothers, Michael Wells of England and Alan Hooper of England; two brothers in law, James McKinney and wife Dru of Murray, Kentucky, Gerald Jeffrey of Ledbetter, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Lee Robertson of Madisonville, Kentucky and Glen Robertson of South Carolina; as well as two nieces Sherri Harris and husband Mack of Farmington, Kentucky and Teresa Harrah and husband Mike of Cypress, Texas.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, October 9, 2020, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home and Cremation Services with burial following in the Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., on Friday, October 9, 2020, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
