Melissa Ann Sanders

Ms. Melissa Ann Sanders, age 50, of Murray, Kentucky died on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky after an extended illness.

Ms. Sanders was born in Murray, Kentucky on March 11, 1967. Ms. Sanders was a retired LPN from the Murray-Calloway County Hospital and she was of the Baptist faith.

Ms. Sanders is preceded in death by her father, Lindy Paschall; maternal grandmother, Meadow Brook Carson; and by her paternal grandmother, Nola Orr Paschall.

Ms. Sanders is survived by her mother, Shirley Ann Carson Heath and husband Donnie of Draffenville, Kentucky; one daughter, Kamber Sanders of Murray, Kentucky; one son, Austin Sanders and fiancé Randi Little of Murray, Kentucky; step-sister, Marsha Hunt and husband Michael of Benton, Kentucky; one brother, Michael Paul Paschall and wife Dawna of Murray, Kentucky; as well as two grandchildren, Chloe Sanders and Anna Ross both of Murray, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Bro. Phillip Bazzell officiating. Burial will follow in the Bazzell Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 10, 2017 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
