Michael H. Garland

Mr. Michael H. Garland, age 70 of Murray, Kentucky died Thursday, April 04, 2019 at Livingston Hospital & Healthcare Services in Salem, Kentucky.
Mr. Garland was born October 4, 1948 in Calloway County, Kentucky to the late H. Wade Garland and Doris Watkins Garland. In addition to being retired from Mattel he was also a musician for the L.A.W. and Our Brothers Keeper as well as a member of the Murray Moose Lodge.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister Donna Garland.
Survivors include one daughter Tammy Thompson and husband Michael of Murray, Kentucky; one son Chris Garland and wife Shanna of Bowling Green, Kentucky; five grandchildren Sarah and Rachel Thompson, Blair, Camille and Carter.
Funeral services will be held Monday, April 8, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home, burial will follow in the Murray City Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday April 8, 2019 from 11a.m. to 1p.m. at The J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
