Michael Glen Rogers

Mr. Michael Glen "Buck" Rogers, age 54, of Murray, Kentucky, died Saturday, October 08, 2016 at Baptist Health in Paducah, Kentucky.

Mike was born on September 19, 1962 in Murray, Kentucky, to the late Glen Edward Rogers and Hilda Jo McCamish Rogers. He was a graduate of the University of Kentucky, a member of the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity, a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Christians in Action Sunday School Class. He retired from Pilgrim's in Mayfield

In addition to his parents, Mike was preceded in death by his grandparents, Homer and Mavis McCamish and Johnny and Ima Rogers.

Survivors include two sisters, Beverly Shelton and Lisa Barlow (Gary); two nieces, Kim Shelton (Robin) and Valerie Waller (Stan); one nephew, Brad Shelton (Megan); three great nieces, Ashton Shelton, Baylee Shelton, Skylar Waller; one great nephew, Colt Shelton; as well as a great-great nephew, Julian Michael Rogers.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 15, 2016 at the First United Methodist Church. Dr. Rick Dye and Rev. Jim Stahler will officiate. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church.
