Mr. Bobby C. Hughes

Mr. Bobby C. Hughes, age 90, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, February 1, 2025, at the Murray Calloway County Hospital.

Mr. Hughes was born December 26, 1934, in Calloway County, Kentucky, to the late Toy and Grace Cain Hughes. Bobby formerly worked at the Tappan Company in Murray, Kentucky and was a retired carpenter. He was also a member of the Glendale Road Church of Christ. 

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Stamps Hughes; and one sister, Dorothy Nell DuPriest.

Survivors include one son, Chad Hughes and his wife Donna; one sister, Glenda Hughes Wilder and husband Bill; one brother, Jacky Hughes and wife Wanda; two granddaughters, Karrie Hughes and Madison Tipton; as well as four nieces and four nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at the Coles Campground Cemetery. John Dale will officiate. No public visitation will be held.
