Mr. Jason Boren

Mr. Jason Boren, age 51, of Hazel, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2026, at TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

He was born on November 6, 1974, in Murray, Kentucky to the late Herbert Lee Boren and Patricia Gayle Sanders Boren. He was a 1996 graduate of Calloway County High School, an operator at Saputo for 29 years and a member of the Hazel Baptist Church.

Survivors include his fiancé, Kelly Wilkerson of Hazel, Kentucky; three daughters, Kayla Stout of Murray, Kentucky, Amber Stout of Murray, Kentucky, and Hannah Boren of Paris, Tennessee; one son, Blake Boren of Hazel, Kentucky; one brother, Randy Boren and wife Kathy of Almo, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Avery Helton and Salem Helton, both of Paris, Tennessee.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 10, 2026, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services, with Bro. Jordan Roach officiating. Burial will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held from 10:00 to 1:00 on Friday, July 10, 2026, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
