Mr. John Russell Phipps

Mr. John Russell Phipps, age 59, of Benton, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at his home.

Mr. Phipps was born on May 3, 1965, and worked at Wal-Mart.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Cherylin (Robinson) Weeden; as well as one brother, Troy Weeden.

Survivors include his father, John Phipps of Aurora, Illinois; stepfather, Larry Weeden of Dexter, Kentucky; one sister, Kelly Keen and husband Kevin of Murray, Kentucky; two brothers, Jason Weeden and wife Christina of Dexter, Kentucky and Joe Phipps of Murray, Kentucky; as well as cousins, Corey Downey and Kyle Downey both of Benton, Kentucky.

There will be no public service or visitation held at this time.
