Mr. Robert Lee "Bob" Ross

Mr. Robert Lee “Bob” Ross, age 74, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away Friday, June 5, 2026, at the Calvert City Convalescent Center.

Mr. Ross was born on October 6, 1951, in St. Louis, Missouri, to the late Rex Ross and Florence Myer Ross. Bob was retired manager of TRL, was a Navy Veteran of the Vietnam war and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Greg Wright.

Survivors include a daughter, Heather Sutton and husband Stanley of Benton, Kentucky; sister, Cindy Wright of Murray, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Bailey Sutton, Lily Sutton, Jacob Sutton and Josh Sutton all of Benton, Kentucky; one great grandchild, Axel Sutton of Benton, Kentucky; niece, Mindy DeShields and husband Scott of Murray, Kentucky; great nephew Jax DeShields and great niece Lillian Deshields both of Murray, Kentucky.

Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Sugar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Pastor Mike Donald will officiate and burial will follow. No public visitation will be held.
