Mrs. Ella Faye Niccum Davis

Mrs. Ella Faye Niccum Davis, age 93, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away Friday, February 28, 2025, at the Spring Creek Nursing Home in Murray, Kentucky.

Mrs. Davis was born on March 12, 1931, in Terre Haute, Indiana to the late Jake Niccum and Hela Leona Walton. Ella was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Davis; two daughters, Delia Long and Janett Free; three sons, Jacob Long, Bobby Long, and Floyd Long; two sisters, Martha Miller and Evelyn Smith; and one brother, Wayne Niccum.

Survivors include three daughters, Leona Snyder, Lola Jordan and husband David, and Sherrie Pritchard and husband Chris all of Murray, Kentucky; two sons, Tom Long and wife Jamey of Terre Haute, Indiana, and Lloyd Long and best friend June Jones of Murray, Kentucky; as well as several grandkids, great grandkids, and great great grandkids. 

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 3, 2025, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Chalmus Edwards will officiate, and burial will follow in the McCuistion Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 3, 2025, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
