Mrs. Joan Patricia Adams

Mrs. Joan Patricia Adams, age 87, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, September 18, 2026, at Alive Hospice in Nashville, Tennessee.

Mrs. Adams was born in Chicago, Illinois on December 6, 1938, to the late Charles Palenik and Bernice (Sulkowski) Palenik. She was a homemaker and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Murray, Kentucky.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Charlotte Simpson.

Survivors include her husband, Winston Sherrell Adams of Murray, Kentucky; one son, Warren Trent Adams of Leasburg, Missouri; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Friday, September 25, 2026, at the First Presbyterian Church of Murray, Kentucky with Rev. Brittany Sutherland officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., Friday, September 25, 2026, at the First Presbyterian Church of Murray, Kentucky.
