Mrs. Phyllis Furgerson

          Mrs. Phyllis Ann Furgerson, age 84, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at her home.

          She was a member of the Coldwater Church of Christ and was retired from Regions Bank as a Bank Teller

          Phyllis was born in Calloway County Kentucky on February 11, 1940, to the late G.B. Adams and Katie Morgan Adams.

          In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her beloved son, Adam Wesley Furgerson; one brother, Dallas Adams; and by one brother-in-law, George Clark.

          Phyllis is survived by her husband, Byron Junior Furgerson of Murray, Kentucky; they were married on December 28, 1968, in Coldwater, Kentucky; two sisters-in-law, Jenny Clark of Almo, Kentucky and Fran Ramsey and husband Eddie of Dexter; as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

          A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 6, 2024, in the Coldwater Church of Christ Cemetery with Luke Puckett officiating.    No public visitation will be held.
