Mrs. Sally M. Rogers

Mrs. Sally M. Lovett Rogers, age 87, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, September 6, 2026, at the Marshall County Hospital.

Mrs. Rogers was born on March 4, 1939, in Murray, Kentucky, to the late Sedley and Luvena Donelson Lovett. She retired from the Murray-Calloway County Hospital from the Anesthesiology Department; she was a member of the Murray Seventh Day Adventist Church and attended Bethel Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Gene Rogers.

Survivors include one daughter, Cindy Crass and husband Joe; two sons, Lynn Rogers and wife Robbie and Wade Rogers and wife Molly all from Murray, Kentucky; two sisters, Cynthia Goodrich Bogard, Martha Burkeen and husband Tim,; one brother, Jerry Lovett all of Murray, Kentucky; six grandchildren, April Crass Johnson and husband Birney, Kristopher Crass, Timothy Rogers and wife Wella, Rebecca Trimble, Henry Rogers and Olivia Vance and husband Dylan; twelve great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren also survive.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 12, 2026, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Bro. Danny Pruitt will officiate, and entombment will follow in the Murray City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. till 1 p.m., Saturday, September 12, 2026, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
