Nancy Ann Girardot

Mrs. Nancy Ann Sammons Girardot of Forney, Tx., formerly of Murray, Ky., died Sunday, May 20, 2012 at her home.
Mrs. Girardot was born Nov. 28, 1934 in Murray, Ky., to the late John Thomas and Margret Lois Ross Sammons. She was a Pre-School teacher and was of the Methodist faith, and was a long time member of the First Methodist Church in Murray, Ky. She was also a 1955 graduate of Murray State University.
Mrs. Girardot is survived by her husband, Dean Girardot of Forney, Tx., son, Stan Girardot and wife Kimberly of Forney, Tx., two sisters, Lois Sullivan and husband Charles of Sand Springs, Ok., and Sara Lee Vaughn and husband Richard of Nashville, Tn.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Dina Girardot, two sisters, Hazel Crenshaw, and Rachael Winograd, three brothers, Thomas, John, and Jean Paul Sammons.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, May 24, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home, John Dale will officiate and burial will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 24, 2012 from 11 a.m. till 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
