Nancy Charlene Warren

Mrs. Nancy Charlene Warren, age 93, of Murray, Kentucky, died Thursday, October 25, 2012 at Murray Calloway County Hospital.
Mrs. Warren was born March 16, 1919 in Calloway Co., Ky., to the late Edgar and Larue Pullen Mayfield. She retired from Merriett Clothing, and the Murray Calloway County Hospital, and the Mayfield Hospital as a Nurses Aid. During WWII she was a Rosie the Riveter. She was also a member of the Antioch Church of Christ.
She is survived by her son, Rodney Warren and wife Darla of Woodlawn, Tn., two grandchildren, Wendy Lipscomb and husband Owen of Nashville, Tn., and Christi Richardson and husband Dave of Powder Springs, Ga., also four great grandchildren, Owen Lipscomb jr. and Warren Lipscomb both of Nashville, Tn., Nate and Wade Richardson both of Powder Springs, Ga.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Husband, Edwin C. Warren, two brothers, Wilson and Clarence Mayfield, two sisters, Mary Mayfield, and Clara Nell Howard.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 28, 2012 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home, Al Colley Jr. will officiate and burial will follow in the Antioch Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5-9 p.m. Saturday, October 27, 2012 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
