Mrs. Neva L. Windsor Doughty, age 93, of Farmington, KY, passed away Thursday, February 03, 2011, at 7:55 p.m. at the Murray-Calloway County Hospital.
She was a member of the Bell City Church of Christ, and was retired from Merritt Clothing after 31 years of service. She was born Feb. 27, 1917 in Graves Co., Ky.
Survivors include one daughter, Jean Coulter (Thurman) of Memphis, Tn., one son, Vestor Windsor of Mayfield, Ky., three sisters, Ruth Smith of Paducah, Ky., Nina Reese of Taylor, Mich., Ina Champion (Henry) of Mayfield, Ky., one brother, Harold Taylor (Ester) of Panama City, Fl.,., also eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, P.W. and Mae Olive Taylor, first husband, Ira Windsor, second husband, Fred Doughty, one son, Jerry Windsor, four sisters, three brothers, one grandchild, and one great grandchild.
Funeral service will be held Monday, February 7, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home, and burial will be in the Murray City Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday, February 6, 2011 from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
