Nicholas Tanner Sharp

Mr. Nicholas “Nick” Sharp, age 22, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, January 23, 2025.

Nick was born on October 3, 2002, in Murray, Kentucky. He was a 2021 graduate of Calloway County High School, was employed with Chuck Jones Masonry and was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Dustin Sharp; two grandfathers, Sammy Edmonson and Ronnie Sharp Sr.

Survivors include his mother and step father, Amanda Edmonson and Travis Singleton of Murray, Kentucky; father Ronnie Sharp of Murray, Kentucky; sister, Madelynn Edmonson (Frank) of Murray, Kentucky; two brothers, Nathaniel Sharp (Dana), Jeffery Singleton all of Murray, Kentucky; paternal grandparents, Melinda and Ricky Lowe of Hazel, Kentucky; two maternal grandmothers, Paulette Edmonson and Rebecca Long both of Murray, Kentucky; also one niece, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at the Old Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. till 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
