Nicole D. Norsworthy

Mrs. Nicole D. Maynard Norsworthy, age 38, of Murray, Kentucky, died, Thursday, November 22, 2012 at her home.
She was born Dec. 8, 1973 in Christian Co., Ky., she was a former employee of Spring Creek Health Care as a LPN, was a graduate of Hopkinsville Community College, and a member of the Grace Baptist Church.
She was survived by her husband, Chris Norsworthy of Murray, Ky., they married June 18, 2005 in Murray, Mother, Betty Lawless of Hopkinsville, Ky., father, Kenneth Maynard of Port St. Lucie, Fla., daughter, Trinity Beth Norsworthy of Murray, son, Jordan Emanuel Norsworthy of Murray, sister, Leann Graefe of Melburne, Fla., two brothers, Kenneth D. Maynard of Hopkinsville, Ky., and Paul G. Ashbery of Cadiz, Ky., also several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 26, 2012, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home, Rev. Sammy Cunningham will officiate and entombment will follow in the Murray City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2-8 p.m. Sunday, November 25, 2012 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
