Patricia Adee

Mrs. Patricia K. Adee, age 65, of Murray, Kentucky died on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, Kentucky.

Mrs. Adee was born in Abilene, Kansas on June 26, 1951. Mrs. Adee was employed as an Administrative Assistant in the Music Department at Murray State University. She was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church and was an Army veteran.

Mrs. Adee was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Adee, who died in April 2016; her father, Harlan Dean Deines; and by one sister, Katherine Louise Deines.

Mrs. Adee is survived by her mother, Nordene Lorson of Murray, Kentucky; one daughter, Amanda Enochs of Murray, Kentucky; two sons, Barry Thacker and Billy McLaren both of Murray, Kentucky; three sisters, Pam Keyes of Murray, Kentucky, Darla Hicks of Benton, Kentucky and Sheila Hafner of Murray, Kentucky; two brothers, Harlan Deines of Almo, Kentucky and Dane Dobkins of Bowling Green, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Brian Thacker, Sr., Laken Enochs and Makenzie Enochs; one great grandchild, Brian Thacker, Jr; brother-in-law, Jerry Adee of Murray, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Adee over her life had served as a foster parent for 56 children.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 7, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Murray, Kentucky. A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2016 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
